Terms of Service — key points
These Terms set out the scope of our services (plaster, drywall, floor, wall and ceiling finishing) and the contractual relationship between Plexiflow and clients. By engaging our services you accept these terms and any written quote or contract.
- Estimates and quotes are based on site inspection where possible; variations may incur additional charges.
- Payment terms: typically 30% deposit, progress payments as agreed, final payment on completion unless otherwise contractually arranged.
- Site access, safety and approvals are the client's responsibility unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — guarantees
Under the ACL, consumers have statutory guarantees including acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and matching descriptions. These guarantees apply in addition to any express warranties provided by Plexiflow.
